Yes, I saw the first preview. It's excellent. It remains quite true to the book, and it even surprised me at some of the things it did.

That's great to hear! I hope that the show does well, because I really love the book. How was the actor that plays Sydney? He's my favorite character. So, I'm hoping for a great portrayal.

Oh, as Carton, James Barbour is really fantastic. I mean, until he was cast I wouldn't have thought of him as being Carton, but he is really good at it. Definitely surprised me -- quite a pleasant surprise, as Sydney is one of my favourite literary characters, like, ever.

Oh, he's one of my favorites too. I fangirled over him when I was like eight. I'm so glad to hear that he's Barbour is good in the role. I can't wait to get the cast recording!
